The document of the meeting dated December 14, 1990, i.e. 33 years ago, held in the office of Ramiz Ali at the headquarters of the Central Committee of the ALP is published, where, in addition to the first secretary of the Central Committee of the Party of Labor of Albania, and at the same time, the Chairman of the Presidium of the People's Assembly of the People's Republic of Albania, Ramiz Alia, was also attended by the Minister of the Interior, Hekuran Isai (who was also the secretary of the Central Committee of the ALP), as well as Xhelil Gjoni, also the secretary of the Committee. Central of APS.
As we will see from the document in question, which was taken as a transcript, the head of the Albanian state, Ramiz Alia, in this meeting, talks with his subordinates, the Minister of Internal Affairs Hekuran Isai and Xhelil Gjon, the secretary of the Central Committee of PPSh - regarding the situation created throughout the country, after the creation of the first opposition party (Democratic Party), only two days ago, on December 12, 1990, as well as about the measures they planned to take, to stop the large protests that were being held by the opposition in some of the country's largest cities, which had started in Shkodër and were expected to take place in Elbasan, Durrës, Kavajë, Laç, etc.
The document was received in the Central State Archive, the fund of the former Central Committee of the ALP and is published in full, according to the original that is in this fund.
