Britain "stamped" Berisha's "non-gratia" again,

Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu, speaking about the decision taken by the British Court for Berisha's "non-grata", said that the decision was expected.

In an interview for the show '5 Questions' on Report TV, Spahiu stated that the British court is under no obligation to present Berisha with the evidence for declaring him non-grata, as according to him this is a political decision and the country that has it it sees that person as a danger to its national security.

" I think that all Berisha's complaints about his non grata problem were tactical moves for the time being. Time for party organization, time for elections, time to push the queue. Berisha was clear about the expected result. Berisha wins in the Albanian courts, but now a precedent has been opened for him, he lost in France, in an Appeal commission in Britain, he lost in Washington. Several precedents have been established. According to the information, it was dropped due to procedural reasons, the deadline, they did not enter the foundation. Berisha has not pleaded guilty in Britain or the USA.

They have no obligation to produce evidence. Berisha has been declared politically non grata and in this case there is no reason to produce evidence. It is political and the state decides the visa. I am declared non grata in Greece, and the state does not have to give reasons. They consider it a threat to their national security. The practice of declaring non grata is not a court decision for judicial evidence. There is an establishment. They don't just do it for Berisha, they did it for other citizens as well ," said Spahiu.
