Lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu speaks in favor of SPAK's request to give SPAK prosecutors the opportunity to be re-elected after the end of the 9-year mandate.

" SPAK prosecutors do not have only these 12 politicians under investigation, there are hundreds of cases related to organized crime. I am definitely in favor of an extension of the mandate, I would tell them that the key to success, especially among the people of justice, is stability. The instability brings turbulence at the levels of justice professionals. to work. They are human beings and in the end they think about what will happen in their future when they get into conflict, with gangs, mafia, high level politicians. Some of them risk their lives.
The political mafia in Albania is so powerful that it has a hair, the bundle of money they can pay to execute a prosecutor. If Duman sees that he will have the fate of these judges who have ended up on the streets, don't expect results, everyone will shrink in their work.
We should not be caught up in euphoria only in 10 cases, the proceedings of these politicians will be seen when the court decides with a final decision. If they are released, after two years we will have a completely different opinion ," said Spahiu on Report TV.
