Biba defends the company "One Albania" that extorts the pockets of Albanians...
Scandals from the head of the Competition Authority Denar Biba have no end. Although Albanian citizens know that the company 'One Albania' does not fulfill the criteria and abuses mobile tariffs, for the head of the Competition Authority this is not a problem.
This was also noticed during the reporting to the Economy Commission, where Biba answered questions regarding the lack of competition for mobile tariffs of the "One Albania" company.
Instead of thinking about the damage it has caused to the citizens, Biba comes to the defense of the "One Albania" company and even worries about the losses the company has had due to a problem with the servers.
Occurring in these conditions, Biba, "the most corrupt official" felt sorry for the monetary losses the company had and decided not to launch an investigation against it.
"The company in question had lost a significant number of customers due to a technical problem. Changed servers and had problems. When you lose a market, you lose money, I don't know how a violation of the law can be identified by the competition authority. At this point, we assessed that it was not necessary to go to the investigation", said Biba.
The company 'One' has often been denounced by citizens either for the high prices or for the poor mobile service. In addition, citizens have also denounced the arrogant behavior of employees towards customers by not offering them a correct service.
One has been denounced for the low quality of the service, after the merger with Albtelecom. The Competition Authority and AKEP authorized the merger of the two companies with the argument that ALBtelekom was in financial difficulties to respond to technological developments, but on the other hand, the risk of market concentration in only 2 companies was not assessed.
Please note that "One Albania" Company was fined in November of last year (2023) with a fine of 10 million new alleks by the Electronic and Postal Communications Authority (AKEP).
According to AKEP, this fine was imposed after many citizens' complaints about poor service and unannounced network interruptions, as well as problems with closing contracts.
AKEP has emphasized that the company "One Albania" must respect the legal and contractual obligations related to service restrictions and the notification of the subscriber before the termination of the contract.
In the decision made public in November 2023, it is stated that "One Albania" must respect the legal obligations related to the publication of transparent, comparable, appropriate and updated information for each obligation at the end of the contract, as well as the general conditions for access and use of services provided to end users.
Meanwhile, AKEP had given "One Albania" a 60-day deadline to solve all the problems encountered with its services.
"The entrepreneur of electronic communications "One Albania" sh.a., to respect the legal obligations related to the notifications of the subscriber and AKEP for the restriction or prohibition of access to their services, according to point 2, article 108, of the law 9918/2008.
The entrepreneur of electronic communications "One Albania" s.a., to analyze and provide solutions to the technical causes and the lack of coordination which have led to the violation of the maximum deadlines allowed for porting the number.
The entrepreneur "One Albania" sh.a. must review and repair all the technical problems identified in the architecture of the B/00S system modules in order to eliminate points of failure and improve the system within 60 (sixty) days from the decision final inspection.
The entrepreneur "One Albania" sh.a. is recommended to carry out periodic internal checks during this 60 (sixty) day period, as well as to notify AKEP of cases of rejections recorded and corrected by them.
The entrepreneur "One Albania" sh.a., to submit periodic weekly reports to AKEP, analyzing the situation and the progress achieved in order to implement the tasks for the correction of the identified violations", the announcement said.
Who is the Hungarian mobster who is removed as the owner of "One Albania"?
The Hungarian mobster Gellért Zoltán Jászai on March 31, 2022 bought over 94% of the shares of "ONE Albania", while on December 22, 2022, he merged the company "Albtelecom" into "ONE Albania" with the approval of the Albanian government, without passing this change of ownership foreign in the parliament, because it is the strategic sector of Albania's national security.

The first balance of 2022 from this telephone group was submitted with a loss of 11 million euros, divided into 5.3 million euros loss for "ONE Albania" and 5.7 million for "Alb Telekom"; false figures that the tax authorities accepted, because the Hungarian woman is Babloki's shopping friend.
While in the second version submitted on June 26, 2023, which replaced the first balance sheet, the telephone group "ONE Albania" declared a loss of 12.5 billion ALL, specifically 460 million ALL for "ONE Albania" and 12.4 billion ALL for " Albetelecon".
However, as if all this was not enough, the "One Albania" company has also fallen prey to cyber attacks where the data of Albanians and state institutions, among them justice, police and national security, which perform services through the networks of " One Albania".
Initially, the company "One Albania" kept silent about this data theft, then paid some media to deny the attack, while the published facts and public reaction forced the owner of this company to accept the attack by hackers.
In its statement, "One Albania" deceived by calling the hacking "a small incident with no consequences" in services to customers such as mobile phone, landline and IPTV, when in fact the service was interrupted and there were numerous problems until noon.
In addition to the first fraud, the owners of "One Albania" cheated again, saying that the data was not stolen by hackers and is very safe.
But even if hackers had not stolen the data of "One Albania", the databases of Albanians and state institutions, justice, police and national security, since March 2022 are in the hands of the Balkan and Russian mafia .
Because the company "One Albania" is 100% owned by the Hungarian Gellért Zoltán Jászai, the partner and friend of Prime Minister Viktor Orban and Vladimir Putin's oligarchs; a fact that is enough to convince, that the data passing through the communication networks of this company do not have confidential security.
On the other hand, the head of the Competition Authority, Denar Biba, who defends the company that is extorting the pockets of Albanians, is known for his scandals and abuses, being described as one of the most corrupt officials in Albania.
This perception has strong foundations:
In September 2021, Denar Biba, as a member of the Competition Authority, with his vote, removed a fine of 5 million euros from the flour oligarchs, after they had fixed the increase in the price of flour and bread through an agreement between them, to steal the Albanians.
From the confession of some of the flour oligarchs at narrow tables, Biba received over 500 thousand euros in exchange for his vote, in favor of the flour cartel and against the public interest.
Instead of being dismissed and charged, Prime Minister Edi Rama made Biba the head of the Competition Authority with the intervention and lobbying of some oligarchs who have a monopoly on certain markets. After being appointed chairman, Biba had the audacity to lie to the Assembly saying that there was no proposal for a fine against the flour cartel.
The removal of the 5 million euro fine for the flour oligarchs is just one line of corruption of Denar Biba, whose wife not by chance ran away from justice, to avoid the verification of the wealth by Vetingu. / Pamphlet
