The socialists seem to be paying the last respect to the government oligarchs, giving you the opportunity to "bite" every park and protected area in the country...
The government and municipalities run by the SP seem not to have had enough. Tirana is covered by towers, while the South has been robbed by strategic investors. But SP is not satisfied with that. The socialists want to devour the parks as well as the protected areas.
An ominous law has gone to the Assembly, which aims to allow construction in protected areas throughout the territory. In short, it calls for hotels, resorts, restaurants and everything else to be allowed in National Parks and all other protected areas.
The law has been proposed by 12 deputies, who seek to undo several articles in the current law, which categorically prohibits construction and activities in protected areas. One of the most scandalous articles is article 13: " In article 20, the following additions are made: 1. Letter "c" of point 3 is changed as follows: "c) The use of land and the performance of activities that implement the principles of development sustainable with a focus on the economic development of the area. 2. After the letter "dh" of point 3, the letter "e" is added with the content: e) the permission in accordance with the principle of effectiveness and the management plan of permitted urban or industrial interventions within the area by preserve the character of the area according to the provisions of this law ".
Scandalous is also article 9, which states: " The territories that are declared environmental protected areas, except when otherwise provided in this law, are intended to fulfill the general objectives as follows: to assess in accordance with the principle of effectiveness the possibility of intervention within the area , but not limited to, urban areas, recreation, road infrastructure, railways, energy infrastructure, including plants for the production of renewable energy, oil and gas infrastructure .
The proponents of the law justify that these changes come at moments of intellectual maturity of society and the establishment of clear and appropriate rules to ensure that the country offers a diverse but also sustainable tourist package and that local communities are offered an opportunity excellent development. Even according to them, by 'biting' the parks and protected areas, jobs are created and the corresponding areas are developed.
If we look carefully, the government intervened in Butrint and gave it to the oligarchs. Also, in the South, attempts are being made to intervene in the protected areas, so that the strategic investors of Bablok can build hotels and resorts. It is this law that removes every obstacle and allows every inch of land to be devoured. / Pamphlet
