The illegalities of the bailiffs produce problems of various natures that affect thousands of Albanians in difficulty.

In the last five years, many state enforcers have been dismissed due to violations. While the opposite happens for private bailiffs who seem to be able to do whatever they want with the law even when they exceed their powers", said lawyer Vasilika Hysi.
"Since 2018, we have been subject to measures and punishments, even the removal from service of a significant number of bailiffs. In 2018-20, 2019-18, 2020-14, 2021-14, 2022-15, a very large number of bailiffs, but we have not tolerated any violation or inconvenience caused to citizens by the bailiffs. The figures I gave you are real and the service has not felt their lack, but there has simply been an increase in the quality of the service", said Piro Lutaj, General Director of the Enforcement Service./ InsideStory
