On March 13, 2019, five months after being established solely for passenger transport, the company "Air Albania" added cargo transport to its scope of activity, with the permission of the government as a partner and representative of the Albanian State Flag, but without the approval of the Civil Aviation Authority.
Given the fact that one of the "Air Albania" company's planes was used by Prime Minister Edi Rama as a personal charter, the Civil Aviation Authority silently allowed the transport of goods, while the police and security services did not check what goods Sinan Idrizi and his Turkish partners were transporting with the "Air Albania" planes.
"Pamfleti" has published reports from SHISH and US-EU partner agencies, according to which dangerous goods and those that are the object of activity of criminal groups have been illegally transported from Tirana to non-EU countries and vice versa on the planes of the company with the Albanian State Flag.
After 5 years, the Civil Aviation Authority was forced by partner anti-mafia agencies and international counterparts to react, banning the company "Air Albania" from transporting dangerous goods.
By Decision No. 113, dated October 25, 2024, signed by the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority, Maksim Et'hema, the company "Air Albania" was excluded from the activity of transporting dangerous goods to Albania and vice versa from EU member and non-member countries.
Meanwhile, Decision No. 35, dated April 15, 2024 of the Civil Aviation Authority revealed the scandal that the company "Air Albania" used three Turkish pilots; Mojtapa Meshkin Kelk, Deniz Havzali and Ismail Faruk Kizila, without valid flight licenses, not even from countries outside the EU.
This has been made permissible in violation of international aircrew certification standards and in violation of Order No. 218 of the Albanian Government on pilot certificates from other countries.
But even after the decisions of the Civil Aviation Authority, Sinan Idrizi and the Turkish administrators Sinan Dilek and Sinan Isik of "Air Albania" have continued to transport prohibited goods and use uncertified pilots, exploiting their connection with Prime Minister Edi Rama.]
These decisions currently no longer have practical effect, as the company "Air Albania" has gone bankrupt, has ceased activity and is under investigation by SPAK, as well as in international court proceedings for financial fraud with passenger aircraft lease contracts.
On June 14, 2025, "Pamphlet" published information provided by BKH, according to which FBI agents at BKH and SPAK delivered to Altin Dumani a recommendation to launch an investigation into Prime Minister Edi Rama's travels on the government charter plane "Ismaili".
The investigation was prompted by the hermetic nature of the flights without customs and police control of the charter plane "Ismaili", over 7 years, with or without the presence of Edi Rama, from Tirana to Istanbul, Ankara, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Belarus, Azerbaijan and other destinations outside the EU and vice versa.
The object of the investigation, which Altin Dumani did not initiate and which has been being carried out by the FBI for 8 months, concerns the goods and people who traveled on Prime Minister Edi Rama's plane, as the American agency has indications of the transport of monetary values, gold, international trafficking and wanted persons./ Pamphlet

Vetem perdorimi i nje avioni te tille si carter nga kryeministri i nje vendi kaq te vogel dhe me i varferi ne europe, per distanca( jo me shume se 2 ore ne cdo cep te eu) te shkurtra, eshte nje abuzim i hapur me fondet publike, nje trajtim pertej cdo mundesie reale financiare te nje shteti qe pensionin mesatar mujor e ka 250 eu ne muaj. Kush eshte ky mbret qe per keto distanca udheton me avion privat? I mbanimend deklaratat qe thoshte se avioni i tij privat kushton me pak se paraardhesi qe udhetonte me avion te zakonshem!!! Cfare absurditeti dhe mashtrimi?! Vetem kaq mendoni cfare njeriu kaq te papergjegjshem dhe abuziv kemi patur mbi koke?! Dhe nese dhe keto qe thuhen qe kete status e ka perdorur dhe per arsye te tjera transport te ndaluar mallrash dhe njerezish tregon per te dhjeten here degradimin total te nje shteti te gerryer nga korrupsioni dhe krimi. Ky rast udhetimet e Kryeministrit me avion privat duhen investiguar nga drejtesia. Eshte shume e thjeshte sa ore fluturime, destinacionet, arsyet e udhetimit, kostot. Ka vite qe ky palaco kryeminister me shume rri jashte se ne Shqiperi ne nje vit. Dmth dhe linja shqiptare me flamurin shqiptar qe u propogandua si histori suksesi, doli prape nje megaafere korrupsioni, ne sherbim te familjes dhe oborrit te kryeministrit. Skandal
Ne kete histori me ben pershtypje reagimi i Kryeministrit. Nuk ka dale te prononcihet, qofte dhe per nje akuze te mbroj veten. Ne asnje rast. E dini ca do nente ky sikir ti binin ne qafe kot. Por jo. Eshte i zhytur nga te gjitha anet. Ka zhytur dhe gjitje bashkepunetoret e vet. Smart city projekt duhet bllokuar sa nuk eshte vone se eshte e turpshme. Prokuroria Posacme dhe GJKKO duhet te jene aktive, duhet ta parandalojne kete cmenduri me cdo kosto. Ka mbeshtetjen dhe bekimin e nje populli te tere. Jane te mallkuar do perfundojne keq. Kryeministri bashke me gjithe shpuren e hajduterve qe ka aktivizuar ne cdo cep te administrates, qe nga pushteti lokal, ujesjellesa, OSHEE, infrastrukture, Dogana, Kadaster, Polici. Eshte nje tmerr i vertete. Te pangopur ne vjedhje.
Idrizi ka zgjedh kush do bohet ambasador e diplomat n Turqi. Kontrolloni kush punon ambasad kush esht atashe ushtarak dhe gjith me radh
Supozoni se nuk kishte aeroplan privat ose Air Albania. Si mund të transferoni 5.5 miliardë para në dorë që qarkullojnë jashtë strukturës bankare? Si mund të sillni para në dorë për ndërtim nga Dubai dhe Katari? Jeni kaq shtypës! Ju lutem, jini pak të dhembshur!
Sa para e flori ka nxjerrë ky dy këmbësh që e quan veten kryeministër vec ai që na sheh nga qielli e di.Si ka mundësi që ne kemi shtet që nuk ka ligje të detyrueshme pa përjashtim për çdo qytetar të vendit.Si ata që marrin pushtetin me votëbesimin e qytetarëve,mund t'a shpërdorojnë atë besim që në rastin më të parë,dhe të mos kenë frikë asnjë ligj, asgjë fare,madje edhe për dhjetë vjet rresht.Përse funksionon një parlament që i kushton taksapaguesve shqiptarë miliarda euro, vite e vite,vetëm që të formulohen ligje ,që në fund,kastat politike e ekonomike të shtetit nuk duan as t'ia dinë për to ,jo më ti zbatojnë me detyrim.Te ne vetëm diktatura bën punë.Prandaj jemi katandisur shtet morracak.
