Journalist Artan Hoxha appeared before SPAK this Monday. He appeared before the Prosecutor's Office to hand over the original audio recording of January 21.
After leaving SPAK, Artan Hoxha gave a statement to the media where he stated that the material submitted today is the original audio tape recorded where the orders given by the Guard commander can be clearly heard, before, during and after the moment when the murders occurred on January 21.
He further adds that according to the audio recording, 'the murders were not committed out of negligence but by order'.
"It was a long statement regarding the proceedings opened by SPAK. I had presented a tape, I also gave statements about the specific events. Following that statement, I appeared today. I submitted the original tape. It is a dictaphone tape. Even the first tape has not been expertized yet.
The material submitted today is the original audio tape recording where the orders given by the Guard commander can be clearly heard, before, during and after the moment when the murders took place on January 21.
"We now have a clue that leads to proof. This audio recording clearly proves that the murders were not committed out of negligence, but were committed on orders and there was a hierarchy that commanded all the Guard forces," said Artan Hoxha.
