Lawyer Jordan Daci said that the course of the investigation for the "Partizani" file, for which security measures have been taken for Jamarbë Malltezi, Flamur Bektashi and Sali Berisha, may change.
Invited to the show "Review" on Euronews Albania, he said that it is expected that there will be many investigations on this issue and it is impossible to predict what will happen with this issue and that any positioning at this moment may turn out to be wrong.
" There are some procedural actions that can change the course of the investigation. First, we will have to see how the security measure will go to the Supreme Court or the Constitutional Court. Secondly, they will be asked why not all persons are under investigation. They will be questioned personally, from their question may arise the need for endless investigations depending on how they position themselves. Anticipating this means that you will not go to trial, but you have made a decision that you will take to trial. On the other hand, to deal with the essence of the case in a file related to the measure of security, is again a fatal mistake. This is for one reason, that all these evidences and facts are at the level of doubt. Therefore, some can stay, some can be undone and some can be strengthened. Positioning yourself when you only have a decision, but no acts, is a big mistake ," said the lawyer.
