Vacancies in the Supreme Judicial Council and the Supreme Prosecutor's Council were filled through a lottery. The special parliamentary structure failed again to find a consensus to approve a list, where the opposition continued to contest the process of disqualifications made by the General Secretary of the Assembly, demanding that the candidates who were removed from this process also enter the race.
Bardhi's words did not remain without the response of the majority, which considered the process in accordance with the law.
In the face of disruption, the unlocking mechanism came into play again. Bledar Bajri and Albens Tabaku managed to make bingo for the two vacancies in the Supreme Judicial Council, while fate smiled on Erind Merkur and Erind Gërmenji for the Supreme Prosecution Council.
