After today's protest in front of the Ministry of Education, for the murder of 14-year-old Martin Canit, citizens have warned of another rally.
The protesters said that if the institutions do not react to the murder of Martin Cani near the "Fan Noli" school and the failure to fulfill their 8 demands until Wednesday, they will boycott classes in all schools in the country.
The victim's father, aunt and grandfather were present at the protest. While the father could not speak due to his emotional state, the grandfather spoke in the protest. He said that they will seek justice to the end for Martini.
The protesting citizens demand, among other things, more social workers in schools, more police officers and more security in the country. Actors Florjan Binaj, Eliona Pitarka, sister of Egli Progni (killed in Pogradec) were also present at this protest. They said that the rally today was held so that the children in the country have a peaceful future.
A protester from Elbasan has called on the citizens to boycott the teaching process, if there is no answer to their demands from the Ministry of Education. Even in this protest, red paint was thrown in front of the Ministry of Education. The protesters said that the color red symbolizes Martin's innocent blood.
