Journalist Denis Dyrnjaja commented on the accusations against Berisha, for which he said that justice has finally started to work.
He said that Berisha controlled the justice system in his time and that now the history of the procedure is being avoided. According to him, justice should be viewed with suspicion, but it should not be prejudiced.
" I think that SPAK has really started now and justice is not only SPAK, that it is the court that evaluates the evidence and no matter how speculative SPAK is, in the end there will be a jury that will consider and assess whether or not they are real evidence . In this sense, this rhetoric of political attacks should be taken a little more calmly because we cannot use the same rhetoric after 20 years.
Judges have always been controlled by politics, but I don't care about the past, but what has come and I believe that justice has been under the control of politics, trials have been closed with procedure, Berisha now seems to me like Lul Basha who is avoiding with justice procedure. They have torn the constitution and made it like a rag and now they are talking about the implementation of the constitution. Dyrnjaja further added that SPAK was therefore created to strike politically at high levels, that if it was for waterworks directors, we would have nothing to do with it.
