Former Prime Minister Berisha has again delivered a speech from the window of the house, as he is under "house arrest" imposed by the GJKKO.
He spoke to protesters who gathered outside the apartment, breaking a court order against him.
The councilor of the "Together We Win" coalition in the municipality of Tirana, Ilir Alimehmeti, said that the situation would have come to this point if Berisha had respected the first measure, as he adds that the former prime minister was legally ill-advised.
"I agree that the first case has a very big discussion, both about its timing and execution. Because it's been 10 years. While the last 10 days, these blows so hard in such a short time. If the first measure had been properly respected, this situation would not have escalated. The legal advice was not correct, it was not a correct reading of the first measure", Alimehmeti said.
As for a solution to the situation within the PD, Alimehmeti underlined the need for cooperation with all parties, expressing his conviction that the problem can only be solved if a unifying group is formed that stands above the individual or the "Political Union ".
"We always look at uni and it has never been thought of in these 33 years for a group. And groups are always brought to times of crisis because the group is stronger than the individual. I think that we have a crisis situation, both socially, politically and for our party. A group is needed here. There are all kinds of boys and girls who want to do it. The big issue will be, if it will come from Berisha, it will come in the form of an instruction or else it will simply be created by itself" , he said for "Report Tv".
