
The summer season has significantly increased entry and exit at the border crossing points in the southeast of the country.
The media reports that during the afternoon a queue has formed at the border point of Kakavija, but the Albanian side is working with additional counters.
" The Albanian side worked with additional counters during the weekend. This week started at a normal pace in the morning, but in the afternoon there were queues of people waiting. The flow is now the same as during the weekend. Our side is working with 8 counters, while the Greek side with 5 counters" , reports the media.
Meanwhile, the situation at the border point of Kapshtica is calm, while it is said that there was a flow but no long queues.
"There was a flow but no line of citizens waiting. The maximum waiting time was about 20 minutes. As for the days ahead, according to our authorities, it foresees more movements", the media reports.
