Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the "Beleri" case. He said that the elected head of the Municipality of Himara has the right to swear as long as there is no final punishment.
"Four months have passed since the arrest of the person who was voted to be the mayor of Himara Municipality. And why is there a character who doesn't know how to introduce himself because he has many names. Fredi Beleri cannot be denied the right to be sworn in as mayor, as long as he does not have a final conviction. Even if they are convicted in the first degree, he will be released from prison, he still takes the oath", said Hoxha.
We remind you that Beleri was arrested two days before the May 14 elections and is accused of buying votes during the election campaign.
