Analyst Ben Andoni, commenting on Ilir Meta's "attacks" on the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, said that the head of the Freedom Party feels that he is no longer respected as he used to be.
In a Skype interview on "News 24", Andoni stressed that people in the party should advise the former president in his speeches, in order to be able to maintain the stature he deserves, as he was the head of the Albanian state.
According to him, this type of selfishness with such statements is used by all major political actors in the country such as Meta, Berisha and Rama. Andoni also added that in our country there should be a new law for political parties, in order to have mandatory rotations.
" Mr. Meta today is not even respected by his party. Meta feels his weakness in the face of justice. SPAK had to advance many issues. Meta seems to be in a difficult situation, firstly because of his party's large firo and the ambiguity of his position. Time will tell many other things. Meta makes these statements from his party, where he doesn't ask anyone, this is how Berisha acts and more or less also Rama.
Albania should have a new law for political parties, in order to have rotations in the party, where they are made public, where the finances are taken, etc. Since Meta is ignored by almost no one, it seems like it has gone off the rails. I think that if there were real people in the Freedom Party, they would have advised him to keep his stature and not lower the party's logo to this level ," Andoni declared.
