Shame happens in Lushnjë/ The judge imprisons the Albanian-American for

An unprecedented arrest has taken place by the prosecutor's office of Fier, where a 63-year-old Albanian-American from Saranda has been put in prison, just because he told the judge in the courtroom that he was corrupt.

Jorgji Kore, an engineer by profession, is currently in prison, just because he dared to call the judge of his administrative case corrupt.

It is learned that Kore is involved in an administrative judicial process in the Court of Lushnja, opposing an illegal practice of ALUIZNI.

His lawsuit filed in court was dismissed by judge Ina Bajramaj.

But as the judge finished announcing the decision, in the premises of the courtroom, Jorgji Kore addressed Judge Bajramaj with the words "...you are corrupt...".

That was enough for Ina Bajramaj to file a criminal complaint with the police, claiming that Jorgji Kore "opposed and hit the judge".

On the basis of this report, the police initiated the escort of the Albanian-American Kore and then released him. But the investigative acts and the report of judge Ina Bajramaj, he has referred for assessment to the prosecutor's office of Fier.

This prosecutor has evaluated only the acts brought by the police and the report of the judge, directing you to the court of Fier with a request for the appointment of the security measure "arrest in prison" for the charge of "Opposing and Hitting the Judge".

The request of the prosecution was accepted and the decision to imprison the Albanian-American engineer was taken on April 15 by the judge of Fier, Nertil Dushku.

The family members of Jorxhi Kores claim that the head of their family did not hit the judge Ina Brahimaj for a single second, but only spoke to her affirming that "...she is corrupt...".

In relation to this matter, the prosecutor's office of Fier was also contacted, whose representative said that the case is being followed and during this phase of the investigation, the seizure of the footage of the court session, the seizure of the audio of the session and the minutes of the court session, to find out what really happened in that session, where judge Ina Bajramaj claims that she was threatened and hit by the plaintiff, Jorgji Kore.

However, until the circumstances of this fact are clarified, the Albanian-American Kore will continue to stay in prison, only because an administrative judge in Lushnja decided to file a criminal complaint with the police./ Ora News
