Security expert Ervin Karamuço has provided details on how the Albanian secret service operates.

He also spoke about information networks within the country, focusing on the CIA, which according to him has made a great contribution to Albania.
" We are dealing with two powerful branches: the national and international branches, which are intelligence and counterintelligence. They are related to extremism, trafficking, drugs and those related to the prevention of acts of disinformation, but they also have their own economic interests. At the international level we are active, we have a very active network in Great Britain, this was for organized crime and we had a task force there.
We are active in several countries. I can't say where, we are on specific issues where our help is requested due to the presence of Albanian groups. We have been asked for help and you have gone. It is not expressed and evident ," he said.
