The Supreme Court has appointed the judge who will review the appeal of Mayor Erjon Veliaj.
Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports that the Supreme Court's website has published Senior Judge Albana Boksi as the rapporteur for the appeal, while there is still no case calendar.
Other businessmen are also included in this appeal, while the name of the mayor's wife is missing, for whom the court softened the measure by requiring her to appear, a measure which, as it turns out, was not opposed by SPAK, since Xoxa is the mother of a minor child.
The publication of the judge's name dates back to June 13, which means that the mayor's appeal was filed with the Supreme Court in the last few hours.
