Evidence and reports from partner agencies that oligarchs around Babloku also traveled on his charter are on SPAK's desk and are being investigated by the BKH...
Following the information that SPAK has put the company "Air Albania" under investigation, Prime Minister Edi Rama has begun accelerated moves with his Turkish partner and realtor Sinan Idrizi to dissolve this company as if it never existed.
This was created in September 2018, with 49% shares held by the company "Turk Hava Ortakligi" run by Sinan Dilek, 41% shares held by the company "MDN Investiment" owned by the fraudster Sinan Idrizi from Vlora, and 10% by the Albanian government represented by "Albcontrol".
There is evidence that proves that Babloku, in collaboration with his Turkish partner Sinan Idrizi, using Taxes, the Government Service and "Albcontrol", during 6 years of "Air Albania" activity, have carried out a fraud scheme worth millions of Euros, which according to the Criminal Code is called "financial crime".
It started with Edi Rama, to create this company so that he could have a charter plane for personal use, but registered as a government plane and paid for from the state budget.
The evidence is Contract No. 463/1, dated January 30, 2020, concluded between the Council of Ministers represented by the Director of Government Services, Dhurata Frashëri, and the company "Air Albania Sh.A", represented by the Turkish director Sinan Dilek.
The contract states that the Albanian government has leased 1 "Charter Air-Craft Airbus A319" aircraft for a period of 1 year, only for flights by Prime Minister Edi Rama and the government cabinet, during the 2020 Albania chaired the OSCE, and for tourism promotional visits.
Another piece of evidence is the fact that although the contract was signed in January 2020, Edi Rama received and used the aircraft in October 2018, when the company began operations, and continues to use it.
The contract does not specify the rental value, but it is known that the cost for 1 hour of flight with this charter is 15 thousand euros, which were paid from the state budget, without stating how many trips it has made over the past 6 years and how much the government's profit is as a 10% partner and whether it has participated in the profit.
Babloku's charter company has declared a balance sheet only for the period October-December 2018 with a loss of 125 Euros; while for the years 2019-2024 it has not declared a balance sheet in taxes, although it has regularly carried out passenger and freight transport activities.
On October 30, 2023, the Council of Ministers made 2 payments to the company "Air Albania" with a total value of 2,100 Euros for Babloku's charter flights, reflected as "airline ticket payments", but for this value, it gave 753 thousand Euros in refund of the 20% VAT tax.
Another proof of fraud is this: On September 1, 2022, the Central Bank suspended the activity of the company "Air Albania" after pressure from "Euro-Control", because since October 2018, Babloku's charter, Sinan Idrizi and the Turks, had been operating without declaring who the owners were and how many shares they had.
While after 6 days, the government declared that it has 10% shares; the Turks 49% shares, while Sinan Idrizi 41% shares, but for 6 years they have not declared the expenses of Bablok's charter and the balance sheets.
This evidence and reports from partner agencies, that oligarchs around Babloku also traveled with his charter, are on SPAK's desk and are being investigated by the BKH.
Fear of SPAK has forced him to rush to dissolve the charter company, staging the withdrawal of Sinan Idrizi's Turkish partners who own 90% of the shares and the aircraft fleet.
While there is no balance sheet file, it will be closed, erasing traces of economic and financial crime, as if this company never existed./ Pamphlet
