The case of the disappearance of little girl Bleona Mata continues to remain one of the most serious and painful stories, while new evidence has opened another avenue of investigation.
According to the evidence made public, the little girl is suspected of being kidnapped and held hostage for a period of three months in the Llakatund area of Vlora. This lead was strengthened by new statements and materials on the show "Pa Gjurmë" on "Report TV".
Invited to the studio, Bleona's mother, Bukurie Veizi, was confronted with new evidence and facts about her daughter's disappearance. During her confession, she stated that the family that has been put at the center of suspicion has had a previous conflict with the Mata family.
"I don't know the couple from Vlora. I only met the girl's parents in Zapot, the day Bleona disappeared. My ex-father-in-law had a conflict with this family and in May 2010 he reported them to the police," said Bukurie Veizi.
At one point, a photo of the couple's daughter from Llakatundi, Vlora, was presented, which was suspected to be Bleona Mata. The mother saw the image for the first time, but emphasized that the features did not completely match, although her suspicions continued to remain that it was the same family.
"The features don't match, but my suspicions remain about this family," she declared.
Also, the show "Pa Gjurmë" brought the testimonies of the woman and the man who have been mentioned in this investigation for years, who spoke publicly for the first time about the Bleona Mata case.
Another important element was the unraveling of the mystery of a little girl who was crying in the family of the couple from Llakatundi. After verification, it was confirmed that the child was not Bleona Mata, but the family's granddaughter.
