The Special Court has lifted the sequestration of some properties blocked on behalf of Oltion Bistri.
It is known that the case was submitted by the lawyer Dhimitër Muslia who represented the company Arlis Shpk.
It is about two apartments and three shops.
At the request of SPAK, the Special Court seized in May of this year the assets of the former chief of Operations, Oltion Bistri and his family members. Oltion Bistri was taken as a defendant in the 'Metamorfoza' file, where the analysis of the Encro Chat and SKY ECC applications revealed the network of members of the criminal group, including businessman Pëllumb Gjoka and former prosecutor Xhevahir Lita.
In total, the property seized from Bistri and his family is worth 3,091,519 Euros. It is about 22 shops and 10 apartments, all located in Tirana. A luxury villa in the 'Green Valley' residence in Tirana overlooking the Great Lake Park has also been seized from Bistri.
A plot of land with an area of 200 m2 on the street of "Kosovarë" in Tirana, a garage with an area of 87.8 m2 in Selitë and a "Range Rover Sport", manufactured in 2012, were also seized.
