SPAK has confiscated the assets of the former member of the Supreme Court, Guxim Zenelaj.
The confiscated assets include land, apartments and basements from Porto Palermo to Shengjin
This property was confiscated as part of the investigations that were launched against the former judge for false declaration of assets after he resigned from office before undergoing vetting.
At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime, with decision no. 26 dated 06.10.2023, decided, among others, the confiscation and transfer in favor of the state of the assets as follows:
1. Property with no. 674, zk. 1952, Land in Porto Palermo, Himarë- Vlorë, with an area of 1000 m²;
2. The property located in ZK.1987, with property number 3/670-B9, vol.29, page 163, basement with an area of 16 m2, in Ishull-Shengjin Lezhë;
3. The property located in ZK.1987, with property number 3/670-B10, vol.29, page 164, basement with an area of 15 m2, in Ishull-Shengjin Lezhë;
4. The property located in ZK.1987, with property number 3/670-N1, vol.29, page 186, unit with an area of 218.06 m2, in Shëngjin Lezhë Island;
5. Property located in ZK.1987, with property number 3/670+1-10, vol.29, page 196, apartment with an area of 60.36 m2, in Ishull-Shengjin Lezhë;
6. The property located in ZK.1987, with property number 3/670+1-18, vol.29, page 204, apartment with an area of 67.35 m2, in Shëngjin Lezhë Island;
7. Property located in ZK.1987, with property number 3/670+1-55, vol.29, page 241, apartment with an area of 51.35 m2 in Ishull-Shengjin Lezhë;
