"The rejection of the appeals filed by the defendants Jetmir Olldashi and Ervin Salianji, against decision no. 2059/30-2024-6822, dated 26.09.2024, of the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction", the Court announces.
On September 26, the Court of Appeals decided to uphold the 1-year prison sentence for the criminal offense of false reporting for Salianji, while the latter called the trial a set-up and described himself as a political prisoner.
