Fredi Beleri's lawyer, Edmond Demo, spoke to the media after the GJKKO again imprisoned the elected mayor of Himara.
His lawyer says that the court is powerless before the government and this decision was made by order of the government.
He also stressed that there has never been an interception.

The Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime today left Fredi Beleri in prison, rejecting his request for the replacement of the security measure.
Beleri had asked for a more lenient security measure. But the judging panel did not accept this request and left Fredi Beler in the cell again.
