Judge Taulant Banushi has resigned from the Golden Lead trial due to the overload of trials in the Tirana court.
His request was accepted and he was replaced by judge Bib Ndreca, who has returned to duty after being confirmed by the KPA last week.
All the accused and repentant justices Nuredin Dumani, Henrik Hoxhaj and Erjon Alibeaj were acceptable, Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha reports.
Meanwhile, seven lawyers were missing who argued that they were in other processes.
The session was postponed to June 14 and as Anila Hoxha reports, the process is in the preliminary session.
