"Holta Zaçaj replaced another member", Baçi for the end of the mandate: He is getting involved in political labyrinths

Analyst Agim Baçi has spoken about the crisis created in the Constitutional Court due to the end of the mandate of President Holta Zaçaj.

While commenting on the stalemate in the Constitutional Court, Baçi said that the replacement of members is done so that none of the institutions named: the Supreme Court, the Assembly and the President, do not dominate this institution.

He stated that Holta Zaçaj is a member of the Constitutional Court who replaced another member, due to the justice reform process. According to him, Zaçaj did not have a full mandate.

"She claims that she should finish her term at the end of 2025" , the analyst told "News 24".

Baçi said that such persons who represent the law do not have to enter political labyrinths while adding that the decisions of the Constitutional Court are not commented on, but implemented.
