During a televised interview, the president of the Constitutional Court, Holta Zaçaj, was asked if she feels under pressure and if this situation created in relation to this court is related to the session of December 19, where Sky ECC will be examined.
Invited to the show 'Log.' in News24, Zaçaj said that if any member of the Constitutional Court is under pressure, he should inform the President of the Constitutional Court.
"Neither I nor any member of the Constituent Assembly is under pressure", said Zaçaj. She emphasized that the whole situation was created after the Supreme Court determined March 10 as the day when her mandate in the Constitutional Court ends, something that had never happened before.
" It is very important that this moment be clarified, as the time when the mandate of a member of the Constituent Assembly ends must be resolved ," said Zaçaj.
