The person you see in the photo is judge Tonin Stërkaj, who was placed in the apartment in the early hours of this morning.
The perpetrator was wearing a hat on his head and approached the iron gate where he threw the explosive and left again on foot, using several alleys in the area.
The security cameras filmed the event and also the images of other cameras in the area were taken to see the author's movements.
The motives of the event are not yet known, but it is suspected that they are related to Stërkaj's duties and the events he has judged.
