These "groups of experts" with 90 employees in total, are simply workplaces for patronizists, family members and friends of the rulers, as was the structure of the anti-corruption coordinators with 87 employees and 10 ghost government agencies with 320 employees...
The chairman of the Parliamentary Economy-Finance Committee said that the SP deputies supported his "idea" to add a structure to the Assembly with several groups of specialists, to increase the efficiency of the parliament, in controlling the work of the government and independent institutions.
From the Pulpit camp, it was said that this increased structure of employees in the Assembly is done in order for the SP to blackmail SPAK, the Special Court, all the judicial bodies and independent agencies, while SHISH, the Anti-Traffic Police, officially the prime minister reports to them.
This hypothesis of the Forum is smokescreen, since the only report that SPAK and all justice institutions have with the parliament is the annual report, even their activity is monitored and guided by the US-EU platform.

More specifically, Eduard Shalsi said: - In order to cope with and improve the activity of the parliament, human capacities must be increased, due to the increased volume of work, with the laws that require expertise in the Assembly, in the parliamentary commissions and to control the activity of the government of independent institutions.
In fact, Eduard Shalsi and no MP of the SP does not have the courage to even think about the initiative to control the government and not propose it, because we have seen that in 10 years they have not opposed any clientelistic law; even by Bablok's order, they voted to ban investigative commissions.
The "idea" of Eduard Shalsi, to create an additional structure in the parliament, to allegedly control the affairs of the government and independent institutions, is Bablok's scheme, to add jobs for patronageists in the administration.
According to the information provided by "Pamphlet", it is said that 90 more employees will be added to the Presidency of the Assembly, as allegedly "Working groups of experts" attached to the president Lindita Nikolla, to the commissions, councils and the parliamentary bureau; whose salary fund, the Ministry of Finance has already prepared at the end of December 2023.

These "groups of experts" with 90 employees in total, are simply workplaces for patronageists, as the structure of anti-corruption coordinators with 87 employees and 10 ghost government agencies with 320 employees was fabricated.
Why should another 90 employees be added to the Assembly with salaries from 1 to 1.3 million ALL per month, when the permanent staff for 2024 has 463 employees, with 42 external advisors and experts and 140 deputies, whose "job" is only 1 parliamentary session per week and 2-3 committee meetings per month?
First, in the total structure of the government, there are 100 reserve seats, as planned salaries in the 2024 budget, with which additional structures for the Assembly and Parliament can be created.
Secondly, if the government and independent institutions are to be controlled, there are special structures with many employees and salaries from 2-3 million ALL; even the parliament itself has excessive human and financial capacities, to control according to the powers given to them by the Constitution./ Pamphlet
