Former head of the High Prosecutorial Council, Alfred Balla, has revealed the clashes between two high justice institutions, SPAK and BKH.
I remember that for the five years that Aida Hajnaj headed the Investigation Bureau, there were several allegations but they were not resolved.
He said that to resolve this conflict, international organizations also intervened.
" I hope this tension will decrease because it has been useless and beyond all logic. The law has clearly divided the powers, where the BKH is at the disposal of the investigation and depends on the Special Prosecution. There was also an intervention by internationals.
For 5 years, Ms. Hajnaj, the director of the Investigation Bureau, had several allegations regarding the investigation, preventive surveillance, or competencies. These did not receive any final legal treatment. For the good of the work, it is not worth having such tensions, " the former head of the KLP said in "Top Story".
