The former mayor of Shkodër, Bardh Spahia, appeared this morning at SPAK. It is worth noting that this is not the first time that he has been summoned to SPAK, since almost 2 months ago, Spahia appeared at the Special Prosecutor's Office.

The reason why Spahia was summoned to the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office is still unknown. We remind you that on March 26 of this year, in the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office, a request was filed for the verification and investigation of the violations committed by 22 Mayors in the May 14 elections, through the use of public assets and non-fulfillment of the legal obligations provided for in the Code Optional.

Among them was the name of Bardh Spahija, but it is not known if the former senior local official was called in connection with this denunciation.
