The show Money on Euronews Albania has reviewed the investment plan of Donald Trump's son-in-law, in Albania and especially in Sazan.
On the only island that can be used in Albania, sooner or later the American flag will be raised. This modern occupation is seen as beneficial for the country, which expects investments from the USA of increasing value every year, which in 2023 reached 62 million dollars.
Through his company, "Affinity Partners", Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of Donald Trump plans to build the resort with the AMAN brand, which is known for elite level service in tourism, and 10 thousand luxury houses and hotels in the nearby area of Zvrnec.
Invited to Money, economic expert Fatos Çoçoli said that Kushner will invest in Albania most of the investments he has planned for the Balkans.
"After asking many developers, entrepreneurs and architects, starting from the models, 400 million dollars can be invested in Belgrade and the lion's share belongs to Albania. "With the number of apartments declared, the Zvërnec part can cost 290 million dollars," he said.
Coçoli said that the sensational news in the American media about Kushner's investments has increased the interest of tourist operators in Sazan.
"I was in contact with a tour operator. From the moment when Kushner announced his plans to invest in Albania, we already have the interests of American agencies, because these plans became known to the main American television networks, because they received the articles of the New York Times and Bloomberg and all the main networks spoke", said Çoçoli.
