Accompanied by the police, Jamarbër Malltezi has left for SPAK to be interrogated regarding the investigation into the privatization of the Partizani complex.

Through his lawyers, Malltezi appealed the decision of the Special Appeal to leave him under "house arrest".

SPAK demands the return to prison of Jamarbë Malltez.

In the recourse filed yesterday, lawyers Antoneta Sevdari and Jurgen Vatnikaj request that their client be without any security measure, with the argument that he has not committed any criminal offense.

Earlier, the decision of the Appeal was also opposed by SPAK, which demands the return of Malltez to prison.
