Investigative journalist Artan Hoxha commented on the show "Te Paespozuarit" on MCN TV, the file with more than 500 pages of SPAK on the privatization process of the former complex "Partizani" and the accusations against the former prime minister Sali Berisha and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi.
Hoxha expressed his conviction that there are other evidences that have not yet come out of the file of the Special Prosecutor's Office and we must be prepared for a process that will last.
" Berisha's file was initiated by the former head of SPAK Arben Kraja and prosecutor Enkelejda Millonai. The financing of the singer Rikardo Koçante is only an episodic thing. The prosecutor has put it to show that this money was also used in the electoral campaign. All the singers were there. We once published a list in 2001 and a singer received 54 million lek, an apartment, which was a lot back then.
His file is out and everyone gets their part to publish, but public opinion should not fall prey to the details. Secretary of State Antoni Blinken said that Berisha can manipulate the court proceedings and divert the truth and what he said were shaped in the SPAK file.
Or take the case of Damir Fazlliç, who bought very expensive properties bought very cheaply by Jamarbër Malltezi in Porto Romano. It was contaminated land and was bought for 1 thousand old lek and it is suspected that there was information that this property will harvest much later.
The other case is for the properties bought by Jamabër Malltezi from 2018, in Budapest, Belgium, an apartment in the Netherlands for the daughter and all together amount to 1 million euros from 2018 to 2021.
