
The Greek border police have informed the Albanian side that due to the bad weather, traffic in the direction of the Greek state will be prohibited for heavy tonnage vehicles and buses.
As the police announced, currently only vehicles will be allowed to pass, which must be equipped with winter tires and chains.
" Following the notification given earlier, where the Greek Border Police notified the Kapshtica Border Police about blocking the movement of trucks, we inform you that:
In addition to the blocking of the movement of heavy tonnage vehicles (trucks), the movement of buses will also be prohibited until further notice" , announced the Greek border police.

"The State Police appeals to all drivers of heavy vehicles who have planned to travel to Greece through the Kapshtica Border Crossing Point not to travel to this point, pending notification the next day from the Greek Border Police, regarding the permission for their movement ," the Greek Border Police previously announced.
