Journalist Artan Hoxha spoke about the investigation of the "January 21" file, by SPAK, where the family members of the deceased Aleks Nika were questioned today.
They told the media that they have provided new facts, while Nika's uncle, Mark Nika, also mentioned the "tape" material, which will serve as strong evidence, which Artan Hoxha owns.
The journalist says that he will hand over this material to the Special Prosecutor's Office the moment they ask for it, while confessing that he has not given it to any court so far, for fear that it could disappear as evidence.
" I gave my statements in court and the transcripts and not the material because I didn't have faith. I will submit the material the moment I am called by SPAK. This material shows differently from the decision of the Albanian courts, that it is not murder by negligence, but murder by order, with full knowledge ", said Hoxha invited to "Top Talk".
According to him, in addition to the file of the Courts, which SPAK should disclose, there is also another file, where, according to him, it was investigated how the evidence was manipulated or hidden.
" SPAK is obliged to reveal it, there is another file that has been investigated for the concealment of evidence. We didn't know it, but it has been stopped. Sali Berisha, Lulzim Basha and Andrea Prendi are in this file, which will help explain how the evidence was manipulated and destroyed ," the journalist told Top Talk.
