Should the prosecution investigate the involvement of Dervish Hasi with criminal groups?
Gjin Nika was known as the "strong" of Bulqiza. He was executed in a mafia assassination 10 years ago near Tapiza Bridge in April 2014.
Nika was one of the most dangerous exponents of organized crime.
The strongman of Bulqiza was married and, if I'm not mistaken, the father of a child. A child who is currently being raised by the cardiac surgeon of the Shefqet Ndroqi hospital, Dervish Hasi.
The latter was arrested on suspicion of trafficking in minors and pornography, due to his relationship with a minor. The girl told the investigators that she was married by a hodge (the activity of the hodge must be investigated by the prosecution) to Dervish Hasi at a time when he had a marriage with his first wife and two other women.
His second wife is precisely the widow of Gjin Nike, who was also suspected of recruiting believers and sending them for jihad in Syria. The charges against him were not proven as the investigation was stopped due to death.
