Starting from Saturday, traffic on the Kukës-Morina axis will be diverted.
This is due to the works being done for the 'New Bridge', which has entered the final phase of construction.
The director of the construction site Arian Hoxha clarifies that the diversion will take place for 2 weeks, at two points on the Kukës-Morina segment. Specifically, the diversion of traffic will take place at Ura Drini te Zi - the entrance road to the city of Kukës, the exit for Kosovo at the junction of Shtiqeni.
As for the movement from Morina to Milot, the movement will be diverted to the exit ramp and overpass to the new airport node and the exit to the Drini i Zi bridge.
The New Bridge will be ready in the new tourist season this summer and is the second most important work of the nation's road, after the Kalimash tunnel.
