Who are most at risk?
The one who is undoubtedly the most worried is Ilir Meta . He is conducting investigations on several fronts. On the one hand, we have the CEZ-DIA file, where the investigations have been deepened. On the other hand, we have investigations into money laundering, concealment of assets, which include aesthetic interventions, lobbying in the USA, etc.
The investigations against him have been going on for over 3 years and we have no conclusions. It has been talked about several times that Meta will be arrested, but we are not seeing anything. A few days ago it was said that the sensational strike will happen before Christmas, but we have to wait and see.
We have two former ministers of Rama who have been under investigation for a long time, but SPAK is not firing. We are talking about Olta Xhaçka and Frida Krifca . The first is being investigated for abuse of army property, while the second is being investigated for abuse of IPARD funds.
We have the file of Gërdec, where it is being investigated for the trafficking of cartridges. It has been talked about for a long time that Berisha's son is in danger , but so far we have not seen any development.
We have the " McGonigal " file, but it seems that SPAK is very important there, because it is the name of the prime minister. In connection with it, we also have Xibraka , where the name of Rama's brother appears. There is a lot of fear regarding the reopened investigations into this file.
It has also been said that there will be a wide action related to the interception of SKY ECC , as law enforcement officers, directors and politicians appear. It is about well-known people in politics, the prosecutor's office, the judiciary, and even in the KLGJ and KLP. But even this operation remained on paper.
