The head of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Altin Dumani, has highlighted the lack of reports from public institutions, as one of the problems faced by the Special Prosecutor's Office.
The head of SPAK is presenting the annual report to the Assembly, where he listed some of the problems of SPAK and BKH.
Dumani said that another point is the lack of BKH investigators and the high number of transferred cases.
"The measures of arrest and imprisonment that we requested are only 29 of the total. The total number of SPAK detainees is only 8.5 percent of the total number," said Domani
Our concerns:
1. Lack of legal determination of the prosecutor's status after the end of the mandate
2. Lack of legal advisors
3. Addressing the increased workload according to point 8, article 178/b of the Constitution to the head of SPAK on the unfinished issues of the evaluation of magistrates after receiving the powers of public commissioners
4. Lack of referrals from public institutions
5. Addition of BKH investigators
6. Considerable number of investigations carried out
7. Lack of competences for reviewing requests from foreign institutions
8. The lack of local competences of special courts for examining requests in the investigation phase for special subjects", he said.
