Movements in Health/ Rama entrusts the leadership of FDKSH to the former director of the DP

Spartak Zekja has been removed from the position of Director of the Mandatory Health Care Fund

Artur Papajani, who previously held the position of Director of Taxes during the Democratic Party government, is expected to be appointed in place of Zekja. This is the first move to occur in the FSDKSh, after the appointment of the new Minister of Health, Evis Sala.

This is not the first case when DP officials are selected by Edi Rama or his confidants and appointed to key positions.

This happened in the case of Genc Deromanj, who was appointed head of the Vlora Cadastre, while he was a member of the DP Presidency, or Blendi Sulaj as deputy mayor of Tirana Municipality, while he was part of the DP leadership structures.
