The show Fiks Fare has brought a case of fraud from an employment agency. The owner of the agency took money for work visas and when he did not return the money, threatened citizens by saying that he was Nuredin Dumani's cousin.
Qazim Shima from Fieri has denounced on the investigative show Fiks Fare a fraud committed against him by the agency 'Luna Law'. He paid 2150 euros to obtain a work visa abroad and to solve his problem with the ban on movement in the Schengen area. However, after the payment, the agency has not taken any action and has not returned the money, despite the citizen's continuous requests.
During his efforts to obtain a solution, the citizen was faced with various excuses from the owner of the agency, Elton Dumani. During a debate about the return of the money, he was even mentioned the name of Nuredin Dumani, a name known to Albanian justice, as a person with whom they had a connection.
When the Fiks Fare journalists approached the agency, the owner of the agency initially avoided meetings. Then, he demanded to meet the citizen and return all the money, asking at the same time to call the journalists to stop them from going to the agency. He even openly expressed threats, saying: "If the journalists come, I will kill them."
The next morning, Fiks Fare journalists showed up at the agency at 10:00, as agreed with the owner. The latter immediately called the journalists, stating that there was no longer any reason to meet, as he had returned the money. He initially denied having made any threats and then attempted to avoid any legal responsibility, stating: “I resolved the matter, what more do you want?”
