Rama in Athens

Prime Minister Edi Rama's visit to Athens has caused a sensation in the neighboring media.

According to them, Rama achieved his goal, which was the electoral campaign for the next mandate.

"Protothema" and "Kathemirini", which closely followed the speech of Prime Minister Rama for over an hour, learned of the fact that Rama campaigned in Athens and that he took members of the Socialist Party from Albania by bus.

Fredi Belerit's statement from prison also finds space in the Greek media, for whom Rama's visit is a provocation for the Greeks and a show of force within Albania, since according to him, May 12 is the date of Belerit's arrest by the Albanian authorities.

So the Greek media have also reported the protest of some people who were holding slogans and flags of the Democratic Party. According to the Greek media, around 30 PD militants started protesting against Rama. Also outside the stadium there was a small incident among the attendees, where some said that Rama is provoking his Greek counterpart, Mitsotakis, while some others expressed themselves with the words: "Don't set fire to the two nations".

Some of Edi Rama's supporters, the Greek media point out, arrived at the Galatsi stadium wearing T-shirts with messages and references to "national pride". Some neighboring media outlets go even further, calling Rama's speech full of nationalist fantasy.
