Start shopping to fill the new justice? The Magistrate changes the average grade

The consequences of the justice reform seem to be returning to the famous "Poppy" school. Berisha filled the judiciary with people who graduated from 6-month courses, but it seems that now the courts and prosecutors will be filled with students who have taken the school as a friend.

Until yesterday, the Magistrate's School was used by ministers, deputies, judges and prosecutors to introduce their children into the system. With the reform, the situation changed, but it seems that bargaining signals have been given again. Today, the Magisterial School has announced that it has made changes regarding the average grade criterion.

With the old regulation, the average had to be above 8 for the main subjects. For those who don't know, the Faculty of Law offers many courses, some of which are just legal training, the results of which are not taken into account. But the school has announced that it has decided that now the average will be general, i.e. for all subjects. So those who may have low grades in the basic subjects, but have "excelled" in other less important subjects and were not taken into account, can be entered into the system.

 Full Notice:

All persons interested in participating in the admission exam to the School of Magistracy, for the academic year 2024-2025, are hereby informed that:

The Governing Council of the School, at the meeting dated January 29, 2024, decided to change the regulation of the average subject criterion, removing the requirement for an average grade above 8 (eight) of the main subjects.

The amended provision in the Internal Regulation of the School, article 10, point d and d/1, provides that: ""d) has an overall average grade above 8 (eight). For "law" graduates, in foreign language programs abroad, a difficulty coefficient equal to 1.2 is foreseen, which will weight their actual average;

d/1) the overall average grade comes from the sum of the grades of all subjects developed in the first and second cycle of studies divided by their total number.".

The Governing Council of the School decided to change/add the provisions related to the second stage exam in order to foresee the realization of the entrance exam, second stage, on two different days, where on the first day the exam will be held only for 5 (five) subject theses, while on the second day the exam will be done only with practical cases. On the second day of the second phase, the exam on practical cases, it was decided to add 1 (one) practical case in administrative law.

The entrance exam in the second phase will have 400 points: 250 points on the first day of the exam with 5 (five) theses and 150 points on the second day of the exam with 3 (three) practical cases.

The thesis model of the second stage of the exam, the first day, is as follows:
