Will SPAK uncover the numerous murders in the Haklaj tribe and did Berisha have a role?
The Haklja family is seeking justice for their murdered sons. Since SPAK has been dormant for several years over a lawsuit they filed against Sali Berisha, they have filed a new lawsuit.
The complaint filed by Shote Haklaj and Vjollca Haklaj presents a series of evidence, documents and film materials that, according to the complainant, prove the legal responsibility of the accused. They are related to the murder of three citizens of the same family: Sokol Haklaj, Elez Haklaj and Cen Haklaj.
Meanwhile, today, the son of Elez Haklaj, one of the brothers of Fatmir Haklaj, who was killed during an ambush in an unprovoked incident, spoke on a show. He sent a message to Report TV. His message contains the fact of the second report against Berisha to SPAK and according to them, the state is not lifting a finger.
On the other hand, the Haklaj family says that they are all eyes and ears to hear justice speak out about this complaint.
" Everything I have written is true. Even here, where I am, they have a proverb that says. 'The truth is not good if told several times', but consider what we have written to you, as they say, a rough diamond, while you are the jewelers who worked, but in the end it remains a diamond. We have written pure events... As for those who died, or were killed, we have written the time, more or less, according to the information that came to my father, and they are true. Why haven't the state and justice moved even a little finger for these murders, we have the ears and mouth to hear and speak ," he says.
Those reported to SPAK by Shote Haklaj and Vjollca Haklaj are: Sali Berisha, Sokol Mulosmani, Miftar Lumneshi, Rasim Lumneshi, Besim Hajdarmata, Zef Lleshi, Agim Vuka, Fufi (Mamuras), Haki Halil Hoxha, Sokol Zmaji Hoxha, Elez Imer Kuliçi, Riza Banush Metalija and Hamdi Shaqir Çelaku. The families of the victims Sokol Haklaj, Elez Haklaj and Cen Haklaj directly accuse Sali Berisha of being the creator of the criminal organization that executed the 3 members of their family in revenge.
