The investigation opened by the SPAK Special Prosecutor's Office has revealed a tragic scheme of property alienation in Himarë, where the authors of the falsification of documents and the beneficiaries of the properties were the employees of the Himarë municipality.
The rocks of a hilly area that were registered as "Meadow" in the mortgage of Vlora, were stolen through forged documents by Arqile Bollano, registering the area of 4263 m² as agricultural land.
Not much has passed since the mortgage registration and the two plots "Vllatorja" and "Moskato" were sold by Arqile Bollano to a powerful businessman in Tirana, with the aim of building luxury hotels.
Because the land has been sold, SPAK is investigating Arqile Bollanon for the charge of "Cleaning the proceeds of a criminal offense".
It is learned that one of these properties belonged to the teacher Irakli Likoka, who has his two houses, one built as early as 1910.
As soon as the private entity bought the rocks as agricultural land from Arqile Bollano, the construction company made a request to the municipality of Himare, in order to fence the purchased property. Goro has approved the permit and the firm has sent workers to the field to carry out the fencing.
"...who allows what he has done, why does Jorgo Goro give permission? Why? Why does it overlap? The best is the one who comes here? Here is Niko Likoka's house, which is from 1910, and the stones know that it is from 1910. Let the stones be removed, because nothing will stop us from knowing this...", says Filia Likoka.
The private company and Arqile Bollano himself have encountered resistance from the legal owners, resistance which brought the police of Himara to the field.
SPAK is expected to call this month the teacher of Himara, Irakli Likoka, and the citizen Filia Likoka, to testify about this case, where two mayors of Himara and other employees of the municipality are involved.
The case of the arrest for the second time of the mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, shows the stupidity of the washing of properties by the municipal officials, who then sold them to private entities of businessmen.
SPAK is investigating the former mayor of Himara, Jorgo Goro, the current acting mayor, Arqile Bollano, and another municipal official named Oleg Goro.
The latter, together with Arqile Bollanon, were the working group that built the list of persons in Himare, in order to benefit from the properties with the actual use formula.
Filia Likoka has shown the initial clash that she and Irakli Likoka had with the company's workers who were destroying their property and the vicissitudes they encountered with the Himare police.
"...the first day we called them, they did not come to us. On the second day that the gentleman took, how come I arrived here with my nephew and my husband, Iraklius says to him, by what right have you trespassed on my land? He says: "...order the papers...".
The letters are all forged. I said this to the policeman: "...if you take us to the police, the workers will come, the gentleman will come, we will come too...".
They took the car, they put us in front, they took us to the police, we were kept there, while the workers and the master were brought back and they came and worked here.
And when I went to the police, that nephew was put behind bars, inside as if what he had done. We did not harass anyone, the workers are alive and let them come and show.
We have not harassed anyone, nor have we threatened anyone, brother..." Filia Likoka asserted.
The latter also shows the vicissitudes he had with his health in the premises of the police station in Himara, where due to illness and not being allowed to receive medication, he fell on the floor, breaking his teeth.
"...I'm sorry, they took me home by ambulance, I didn't even have the keys to open the door, while the husband was inside the police station and the husband came to dinner, they held him for 7-14 hours together with his nephew... I am disabled, from the state. I have Parkinson's and Epilepsy.
I asked for permission from the police, "...please, I haven't taken the medicine, I ran out of time, you can tell the gentleman to take what he wants from me, because he brought me here and leave...". The policeman goes, informs him and tells me that they told him: "...don't stay there...".
I waited 1 hour, 2 hours and while I waited there I ate the cups and broke my teeth, broke my mouth. The ambulance came, the ambulance took me and I don't know how I was.
Who knows, brother, he knows very well how the epileptic issue is, and the ambulance took me home. And they call the man to dinner, to go and file a report. And why should he go and file a report, because they left me there and I broke the cups.
What had I done, who did I kill, did I take drugs, what did I do..." - says Likoka.
The elderly woman says that she will ask SPAK and the law for an in-depth investigation into Jorgo Goron and Arqile Bollanon.
"...I will ask the state in SPAK, not SPAK, I will ask the law.
I want pasture, pasture and bread land, bread land. That the state has the laws I'm looking for and that he should answer and all of them go to prison for making forgeries.
I am neither the first nor the last brother, come to Himare and come out to speak, because they did not come out in vain and did not vote for Jorgo Goro. Why didn't they vote for Jorgo Goro? That they were satisfied by them, by him?

Furthermore, the latter says that during the voting phase, she supported Jorgo Goro, voting for him. Even her children have income from Tirana and America to vote for Jorgo Goros.
"... Jorgo Gorua sold us not only clothes, but also shoes, he left us without shoes, without slippers. I, who is looking at me here, brought from Tirana and America here, to vote for Jorgo Goros.
And here Jorgo Gorua has brought thieves, he has caused destruction here that I can't imagine, I can't believe it..."
It is expected that the Likoka couple will be called to SPAK to testify within the month of July.
Meanwhile, the investigations for forgery of documents and money laundering have been extended to Arqile Bollano and Oleg Goro./ Ora News
