The company that will invest in Zvërnec has reacted to the protests and debates of recent days.
In a statement distributed to the media, " Zvërnec South Adriatic Development " states that a disinformation campaign is being conducted against the project, while emphasizing that all actions have been carried out in accordance with Albanian legislation.
" With deep regret that public sentiment is being abused on social media and investments are being made to undermine a colossal undertaking for Albanian tourism and the economy, the company 'Zvërnec South Adriatic Development' announces that in strict compliance with Albanian legislation and in continuous dialogue with the responsible institutions, it has managed to launch the initial phase of one of the largest investments in the field of tourism in the Mediterranean Sea, by legally enclosing the private property it owns ," the reaction states.
The company announces that the investment is expected to exceed the value of 4 billion euros and have a direct impact on the Albanian economy over the coming years.
" The investment is expected to reach a value of over 4 billion euros, contributing to an increase of 3 to 4 percent in Albania's Gross Domestic Product in the next five years. The investment will directly and indirectly create over 10 thousand new jobs, becoming an important engine for the economy of the area, the Vlora region and all of Albania ," the company emphasizes.
An important part of the declaration is dedicated to protecting the environment and biodiversity of the Zvërnec area.
" The investment will fully take care of preserving the environment and biodiversity of the area and for this reason, the investors have engaged the most prominent global competencies for the relevant environmental studies for two years. These studies will be shared not only with institutions, but also with the public. The construction project, as well as the environmental one, is being finalized by some of the best studios in the world and will be presented publicly once completed ," it further states.
The company also clarifies that the land where the investment will take place is privately owned and that all procedures have been carried out according to the law.
“Trualli në të cilin do të zhvillohet projekti është pronësi private metër për metër dhe kompania e ka blerë nga pronarët e ligjshëm, me certifikata pronësie të noterizuara. Të gjitha transfertat e blerjeve janë kryer përmes sistemit bankar dhe janë lehtësisht të verifikueshme. Të gjithë hapat e ndjekur nga kompania janë bazuar në legjislacionin shqiptar dhe në konformitet të plotë me autorizimet përkatëse në çdo hap”, nënvizohet në deklaratë.
Në përfundim, “Zvërnec South Adriatic Development” u bën thirrje qytetarëve të presin prezantimin e projektit final dhe garanton se investimi synon ta shndërrojë Vlorën në një destinacion të rëndësishëm të turizmit ndërkombëtar.

Investimi parashikohet të arrijë vlerën e mbi 4 miliardë eurove, duke kontribuar me një rritje nga 3 deri në 4% në GDP (Prodhimi i Brendshëm Bruto) e Shqipërisë, në 5 vitet e ardhshme.

Pronari eshte ai qe ka takuar Rama ne Aruba, se nga ai posedohet kjo zone. Ai qe dhe grabiti karaburunin dhe zvernecin me letra fallse, dhe jeton ne amerike.
Sic eshte ruajtur mjedisi ne Tirane , ne Dhermi ne Palase kudo kudo , ashtu do ruhet dhe ne zvernec. Beton beton kudo vetem beton. O e shkaterron kete vend ky moster psikopat mender kryeminister o nuk ndahet nga kjo jete. Kryeministri me hajdut i koherave, qe pasi shkaterroj Tiranen, po shkaterron bregdetin, do shkaterroj dhe malin. Duhet peshtyre para se ta terheqin zvarre.
Me vjen çudi qe nuk e ka shkruar gazetari i mengjesit kete artikull, por nejse kuptohet qe dorà è atij eshte. Z. Gjergj, meqe ti è nise ne mengjes lojen e "konspiraconeve siriane, ruse" etj erj ne lidhje me aktivistet dhe protestuesit, po te bej nje pyetje ne lidhje edhe me kete deklarate te kompanise "investitore": - kur rrehtohet nje truall per ndertim ligjerisht duhet te jete miratuar leja zhvillimore. A nuk tu vra ndopak syçka vigjilente qe kompania genjen ashiqare.....? Deklarojne qe ne fazen qe eshte projekti do te merren ne konsdierate shume faktore te cilat me vone do ti been te ditura te interesuarve. Çudi se ju jeni dhe gazetar vigjilent e nuk ju shpeton asgje, apo kete rradhe, si gjithmone, doli diçka......
