
The flight to Podgorica is scheduled for March 4, departing from the United Arab Emirates and will be operated by Fly Dubai.
According to current estimates, this flight will ensure the return of around 160 Montenegrin citizens who have so far contacted the competent institutions for assistance with the evacuation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that, due to the worsening security situation in the Middle East region and the increasing number of requests to return to Montenegro, it is planned to organize a second evacuation flight for Montenegrin citizens currently in the affected area.
The flight to Podgorica is scheduled for March 4, 2026, departing from the United Arab Emirates and will be operated by Fly Dubai.
"According to current estimates, this flight will ensure the return of around 160 Montenegrin citizens who have so far contacted the competent institutions for assistance with the evacuation. The Ministry reminds all Montenegrin citizens who are in the United Arab Emirates, who wish to return to Montenegro and have not yet registered, to contact the competent diplomatic mission as soon as possible for timely registration," the Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced.

"During registration, it is necessary to provide the following information: first and last name, passport number and validity period, current location, contact phone number or email address, as well as information about family members traveling with you. Details regarding departure time, meeting place and other organizational information will be provided by the representative office. Registered passengers will be notified through diplomatic and consular channels.
"The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Montenegro continues to closely monitor the development of the situation and remains in constant communication with partner institutions and the diplomatic and consular network.
