The President of the Republic of Albania, Bajram Begaj, congratulated Christian believers today on the occasion of Easter.
In a post on social media, Begaj wishes that the light and goodness of this holiday illuminate the lives of every Albanian Orthodox, Catholic, and Evangelical Christian believer.
Begaj says that 'this celebration of hope and resurrection is proof that life and goodness triumph over death and evil, that light defeats darkness, that virtues and values defeat evil and anti-values'.
